"A strong body cultivates a strong mind,

Feeling vibrant, healthy, and alive isn't a privilege,

it is your birthright."

Hi, I’m Tania Attar,

a Holistic Health & Wellbeing Coach, Integrative Nutritionist and Movement Specialist with a deep passion for guiding individuals back to balance physically, mentally & emotionally.

My love for sports from a young age has led me into becoming a Personal Trainer for over 17 years in some of the most prestigious places in London (England), working with a wide range of clients, from executives, CEOs (often at ungodly hours to fit their schedules) to individuals from all walks of life.

I later experienced burn out and realised I was looking after everyone except myself. There was incoherence in the message I was conveying. I took a step back and this led me into the Holistic approach, starting with myself, I began to rebuild from the inside out.

I found strength and clarity by reconnecting with my body, quieting my mind and aligning with my inner wisdom.

Nature has always been a powerful teacher in that journey, a reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to what truly matters... Living in rhythm.

Fast forward to a few years later, I competed in 3 Fitness & Body Building competitions, placing in the top 5. I devised my own nutritional plan to get me to a competitive ‘stage’ body using my Holistic approach.

Competing has given me the chance to apply all the knowledge I have accumulated from all the years as a personal trainer & Holistic Health Coach.

Movement has long been my form of medicine. It’s where I feel most at home within myself. Not through intense, ‘no pain no gain’ manner, but through conscious, intuitive practices that support the nervous system, bring the body back into alignment and cultivate strength & mobility.

I help individuals cultivate a relationship with movement that is nourishing, sustainable, and empowering.

It never ceased to amaze me how my clients instantly started to feel confident in themselves just by implementing the right movement practices.

I have worked with complete beginners to clients recovering from cancer treatments, managing Parkinson’s disease and have rehabbed clients from major surgeries.

"I have employed the outstanding services of Tania for nearly 20 years for guidance and instruction on health and exercise matters and have always found her to be efficient and professional.

In more recent years I have had two major operations when Tania managed my convalescence which ensured my full recuperation over a number of weeks on both occasions.

Tania is competent in all she does and has a caring and sensitive approach to her profession.

I have no hesitation in recommending her with every confidence."

My love for nourishment began around the kitchen table.

Raised in a Mediterranean culture, food was always more than sustenance; it was community, tradition, and love. Over time, I’ve learned to honour that legacy while supporting the body in a deeper way: not through restriction, but through nourishment that feels abundant, balanced and joyful.

My moto when it comes to nutrition is

‘Keep it Simple & Down to Earth’.

I don’t offer quick fixes or ‘one-size-fits-all’ solutions. I offer a space for transformation, rooted in presence, compassion, and a deep belief that true wellbeing begins from within. My work weaves together physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness, helping you to create a life that feels aligned, intentional, and fully your own.

My coaching approach is integrative and personalised. I combine evidence-informed wellness practices with intuitive guidance to support individuals in creating a lifestyle that is deeply aligned with their values, rhythms, and goals. Together, we look beyond surface-level solutions to address the whole person, body, mind & spirit.

As a coach, I’m here to guide you back to your natural rhythm. To help you slow down, tune in, and make choices that align with who you really are.

Together, we’ll explore what wellbeing looks like for ‘you’, not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

‘Wellbeing doesn't have to be complicate, you just need the right guidance, rooted in nature.’

If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, to live with more ease, vitality, and purpose, I’m here to walk that path with you.

"I truly believe that each of us are born with a distinct path, our true north, which should always serve as our guiding star, to strive towards at all times. When we veer away from this path, that’s when dis-ease starts to manifest on all levels of our existence.

Consider this: straying from your true north means you are forcing yourself to become someone you are not, traveling a route that doesn’t resonate with your soul's calling.

How can anyone feel genuinely happy and well, living in such a manner?"

In Love & Good Health.

My Approach

Movement

"Movement is a medicine for creating change in  a person's physical,

emotional & mental states" —Carol Welch-Baril

I am a lover of life. And to be able to live fully, we must be able to move.

To move in anyway.

There is no perfect way to move except a better way.

A way that is free & painless.

The 19th Century Strongman, Eugene Sandow once said:

"Life is movement. Once you stop moving, you're dead. Choose life"

Sandow's emphasis was that physical activity is essential to life itself.

Movement isn’t just a physical practice, it is brain training 'embodied'.

The modern world is designed to keep you still and comfortable, quietly eroding the connection between body, mind, and nature. I believe movement should feel purposeful, liberating, and completely tailored to you. Not a one-size-fits-all prescription, but a practice that helps your brain and body flourish together, at any age, in any circumstance.

Here’s what that means for you:

  •  Every session has a purpose. We’re not just burning calories, we’re wiring your brain and body to work together, better.

  •  You stay adaptable. Movement keeps your neural pathways active and responsive. Stop moving, and they quietly start to fade.

  • You stay sharp. Physical action feeds your brain, improving focus, mood, and mental clarity alongside your fitness.

  •  You build unstoppable momentum. The more you move, the more your brain craves movement, making strength, energy, and clarity your new normal.

However, movement is not limited to the physical only. We must understand that one aspect of our Self leaks into all other aspects. You cannot treat or see yourself as isolated parts, but as one whole being, forever working together in a coherent manner, and always moving towards the growth and evolution of your highest purpose.

Dis-ease begins when we move against, or away from, this harmoniously orchestrated intelligence.

Are you moving forward in life? Growing, evolving, progressing? Or do you feel stuck? This is the question at the heart of my approach, and it's one we explore together.

No matter your situation or circumstance, there is always something you can do.

I am here to help you move better, move stronger, and move with confidence, always in a way that is completely tailored to you.

Nutrition

"The doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs, but rather will cure and prevent disease with nutrition"- Thomas Edison

Nutrition, to me, is far more than calories, it is information.

Every food you eat carries biochemical signals that your trillions of cells either recognise and use, or don't.

The human body is a bioelectric being, and food is one of the most powerful forces that either supports or disrupts that electrical intelligence.

Your gut, home to more nerve cells than your entire peripheral nervous system, is constantly reading and responding to what you feed it. And the closer that food is grown to where you live, the more fluently your body can read it.

Local, organic, regeneratively farmed food synchronises your gut microbiome with the living soil of your environment, building a resilience (and connection) no supplement can replicate. This is why food quality is never just a health trend. It is the foundation of everything.

Food should never become a source of rigidity, fear, or constant worry.

Nourishment is meant to feel natural, enjoyable, and freeing, not another thing to get right and constantly micromanage.

Here's what that means for you:

  • Your nutrition plan is built entirely around you: your body, your lifestyle, your history, and where you are right now in life. The season you're in matters and that means both the time of year and what you are moving through in your life. Grief, stress, major life transitions, financial pressure etc, these all affect the body profoundly, and your nutrition needs to honour that reality.

  • Your bio-individual needs are at the centre of everything. No two bodies are the same, no two gut microbiomes are identical, and no two people will thrive on the same foods.

  • I consider the whole picture, not just what you eat, but how you eat, when you eat, where your food comes from, and what your body is actually able to absorb and use.

  • This is never a one-size-fits-all approach. It is a living, evolving practice that adapts as you do.

But we cannot limit nutrition to food alone.

We must look at all the ways we consume in our day to day life, because our consciousness feeds too...

What kinds of information are we inviting in?

What are we watching, reading, absorbing, believing?
Is it nourishing our growth, or quietly eroding it?

In-Formation: the information we consume is continuously giving form to, and shaping our internal & external existence.

Choose it as consciously as you choose what you eat.

Want to go deeper? I explore the science of food, consciousness and cellular nourishment in my monthly newsletter.
